Add logs to init files

No need to mkdir /etc/cron.d

Remove 10-git.sr.ht from APKBUILD

Users should configure the cronjob themselves, since some systems depend
on git.sr.ht (e.g. man.sr.ht), but don't actually run git.sr.ht.

Update bootstrap version used for core.sr.ht

Correct comment in git.sr.ht.init

Add git.sr.ht package
