Replication of Abramowitz, Saunders (2008)
Based on experience with AS04, allowing a small margin of error for
changes to panel data files since 2004.
Incomplete work on AS04
Replication of Abramowitz, Saunders (2004).
Some issues remain in replication of Table 2.
Some changes were required of the SAS import procedure.
ANES updates
Converted the generated Stata data preparation syntax into working
scripts.
Passed all files through `dos2unix`.
Added a comparison script.
