py3-*: bump pkgrel and update upstream versions

Update all non-sr.ht Python packages

py3-sshpubkeys: upgrade to 3.3.1

This should allow for FIDO/U2F ssh keys of various types.

Also, it seems there was a typo in the dependencies referencing
py3-crypto when py3-cryptography is what is needed[1].
