Add hg.sr.ht package

Add -openrc, fix sources for git.sr.ht

Add py3-scmsrht to git.sr.ht dependencies

No need to mkdir /etc/cron.d

Remove 10-git.sr.ht from APKBUILD

Users should configure the cronjob themselves, since some systems depend
on git.sr.ht (e.g. man.sr.ht), but don't actually run git.sr.ht.

Update bootstrap version used for core.sr.ht
