A bad notes app.

A heavily modified fork of [notable](https://github.com/dricottone/notable)
from it's last freely-available version. Most of the functionality has been
stripped out. But for some, simplicity is the best feature of the original
notable project. But if you are interested in the original, see
[the project website](https://notable.app/).
